& Evaluation

The Balkans and Turkey remain one of Europe's most productive and unevenly covered talent markets. B.A.S.E. evaluates what is real, what transfers and what stronger competition may expose.

Zsombor Gruber
🇭🇺 Ferencváros · b. 2004

3rd globally in xA among U21 strikers. The box movement and combinational intelligence already belong above the NB I. The technique gap is the only thing between what he is and what the ceiling implies.

🇭🇷 Lokomotiva Zagreb · b. 2010

1st in U17 Euros for passes to the final third. Spatial intelligence and pre-receive scanning already functioning at tournament-leading level at sixteen. The left foot and physical robustness are the gaps. The ceiling is significant.

The framework

The B.A.S.E. Framework

Data and film tell you what happened. They don't tell you why, or whether it'll happen somewhere else. The framework combines statistical analysis, data visualizations, and observed behaviors to separate what a player genuinely is from what their environment is letting them look like.

Every report covers observed behaviors, Player DNA classification, league transferability across seven target leagues, and a four-axis risk assessment — with data visualizations built to make the picture clear, not just complete.

Pure Traits — Will Travel

Survives system changes and league transitions. Not environment-protected.

System Traits — Environment Dependent

Output drops significantly outside specific tactical setups or club conditions.

Context Traits — Situation Dependent

More effective in specific game states — not reliable across all phases.

Exposed Traits — Will Be Targeted

Known weaknesses that better players and coaches will find and exploit.

The territory

One region.
Unevenly understood.

The obvious clubs and prospects are heavily watched. Beneath that first layer, the depth and consistency of analysis vary significantly, particularly when the question moves beyond identifying talent and toward understanding role, scalability, risk and transferability.

B.A.S.E. covers 12 countries across the region — from the Adriatic coast to the Black Sea — with a focus on players aged 16–24 who have the tools to succeed at higher levels but haven't yet had the platform to prove it.
